THE OBJECTIVES OF AMI

• Protect the rural population exposed to the mosquito carrier of the virus
• Provide with means of communication and proper education for malaria patients
• Provide pharmaceutical prevention for pregnant women and children
• Educating population on basic literacy , proper use of insecticide treated net and knowledge of early malaria symptom.

PROJECT AMI STRATEGIES

• AMI officers will travel to the terrain and distribute mosquito bed net to each family free of charge and teach how to use it properly.
• Provide a portable phone to village leaders to communicate to one of the volunteer nurses.
• Acquire and provide preventive medicine for pregnant women  and children.
• Provide learning material to local volunteer teachers to teach basic reading skills and knowledge of the disease of malaria.
